All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item received has a verified manufacturing or factory defect.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at kekaiandme@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item for review.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Kekai and me is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
